Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 10% fee will be charged for all returns. The refund (less S&H) will be issued on the your original payment method used for the transaction. A 10% fee will also be charged for any cancelled orders. (This is due to Paypal Charging a % on the original purchase and the refund) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened. Please keep your purchase receipt as you are going to need it to ensure a proper return process. 

To start a return, you can contact us at vitruvianwellnessctr@gmail.com.  We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damaged goods and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
